Taxes

Finnish VAT 24% is automatically included to our prices in EU area.

Customers with shipping addresses outside EU are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included to your invoice.

Customs, duties, and taxes varies depending by country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.

Delivery time

All orders are shipped from Estonia and delivery time varies depending your shipping address. We use Posti and PostNord logistics services for customers in Europe area.

Estimated shipping times (working days) according to PostNord:

EU  2-4 days
Other Europe 3-7 days

Returns

We are sure that you like our products! You can freely use the product and if you don't like it, just return it to us within 30 days of purchase. You'll get full refund of the purchased item.

30 days money back guarantee is eligible only from our online store purchases. You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds
Once your return is received within 30 days of purchase we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 14 days.

Customers outside EU: Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.


Warranty
All of our products have 24 month warranty in EU area. In case of defective or damaged item, contact info@jalaka.com


Exchanges
If you need to exchange the item it must be in original package, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Exchange time is 30 days. Send us an email at info@jalaka.com and send your item to:
